ND1: Mufulira Wanderers move to summit after a win over Trident

Mufulira Wanderers have moved to the summit of the FAZ National Division One following a comprehensive 3-0 win over Trident. 

The National Division One entered week nine of action on the weekend and it was Abena Milambo who were the big winners.

Goals from Clive Biyeta, Joseph Mumbi and Martin Sikaonga gave Wanderers their 3-0 win sending them to the summit with 18 points. 

Konkola Blades edged Lusaka Dynamos 1-0 thanks to a Lawrence Chungu goal.

Mpulungu Harbour edged Livingstone Pirates while Kitwe United succumbed to a narrow 1-0 loss to Jumulo.

City of Lusaka and Atletico Lusaka played out to a 1-1 draw. 2022 COSAFA U-20 Championship player of the tournament Charles Majapa Mumba scored for Atletico.
