My bosses felt insecure because I’m more qualified than them – Suspended Luanshya DC

Suspended Luanshya District Commissioner Kasemuka Mwalo has disclosed that her bosses were always feeling inferior because of her qualifications.
Speaking when senior UPND officials visited her at her house near Luanshya Golf club, Mrs Mwalo said it was always difficult for her to work with people who felt inferior.
“I feel very encouraged when people visit like you have done, you know it’s a lonely thing to be suspended and sometimes even when you are driving in town suddenly people avoid you, they can’t even greet you”, Mrs Mwalo.
She further added that she has always been a career civil servant and not a politician.
“I am not a politician but a career civil servant and my master’s degree is not honorary, I earned it and no one can take that away from me. People have been fabricating lies about me and sending them to state house but one day God will vindicate me”, she lamented.
Meanwhile Copperbelt Permanent Secretary Elias Kamanga has confirmed the appointment of Luanshya Businessman Joel Chibuye popularly known as ‘CHIBS’ as the new District Commissioner. Mr Kamanga said Chibuye’s appointment is with immediate effect.
“Yes, Mr Chibuye is the new DC for Luanshya that is official. He has even relinquished his position in the party at district level because he is now a civil servant”, Kamanga said.
