Musenge ditches PF For NDC

Paul Shalala-Former opposition National Democratic Congress -NDC- Secretary General MWENYA MUSENGE has resigned from the Patriotic Front -PF- and re-join NDC.

Mr. MUSENGE says he has decided to move on in his political journey because his relationship with the PF in the past six months has not been good.

He says the NDC, which is in an alliance with the UPND, will help him work with President elect HAKAINDE HICHILEMA, who he has described as a good man.

Mr. MUSENGE says he has been a long-time critic of Mr. HICHILEMA but now he is convinced that he is a focused and determined man.

Meanwhile, Mr. MUSENGE has praised the Electoral Commission of Zambia -ECZ- for organising the elections in a transparent manner.

Mr. MUSENGE said the fact that no petition has so far been filed against Mr. HICHILEMA’s election shows that the elections were above board and the people’s will has prevailed.
