Mulenga Fube leading Chilubi parliamentary race

By Brian MwalePF candidate Mulenga Fube is leading in the Chilubi parliamentary by-election.According to results that have been brought in from 18 polling stations, Mr Fube has 5, 652 votes, followed   by UPND candidate Stanislaus Chele with 1,346 votes.Mark Mpundu of PAC has 467 votes, followed by NDC candidate Mushimu Kalenga with 235 Votes while UPPZ candidtate Charles Kalaba is trailing with 138 votes.And ZNBC`s Brian Mwale   reports that Chilubi Island, which is the totaling center, has been experiencing   heavy rains since 19 hours last night.Returning Officer   John Longwe says it is unlikely to have the final results today due to heavy rains.
