MILITARY MUSEUM COMING

Zambia Army Commander Lieutenant General Paul Mihova disclosed that plans are underway to construct a military museum at Buffalo park in Lusaka with the aim of preserving the country’s military history and promoting national tourism.
And General Mihova has advised army officers to take a keen interest in learning the history of the army.
General Mihova has also asked people with information regarding the Zambia army’s participation in all world wars to share the information and help to consolidate the army’s history.
General Mihova was speaking during the Army Day Celebrations and mini exhibition.
And Zambia Army Chief of Operations Brigadier General Mundia Nambula said the army has taken deliberate steps to reinforce Government’s policy of keeping a healthy, clean and green nation.
