MEDIA CAN SAVE TREES- KASOLO

Authorities says the media is key in shaping and influencing attitudes and perspectives of communities in lowering deforestation and land degradation within the country.
Japanese Province Permanent Secretary  Chanda Kasolo says authorities recognises the role of the media in influencing change among communities to make stronger better attitudes and practices that pork up the smartly being of the atmosphere.
Mr Kasolo used to be speaking in a speech read on his behalf by the Assistant Secretary Royd Tembo, for the length of the Zambia Constructed-in Woodland Panorama Challenge (ZIFLP) Media Practising Workshop in Katete this day.
He talked about it is the plan of authorities by way of the implementation of the ZIFLP to alter among the rural communities’ practices of exploiting pure resources.
