Mambwe Mission School Pupils Boarding in Temporary Structures

Due to lack of dormitories pupils are sharing temporary structures which have no electricity at Mambwe Mission Secondary School in Senga Hill .

One of the pupils talked to GEORGE SIMFUKWE said the structure has no running water and a modern ablution block.

He said most of the pupils, who use the facility are those from villages that are far away from the school.

Another pupil MOSES SINKALA said it is hard during the rainy season because the structure has a leaking roof.

When reached for a comment Senga Hill District Commissioner JESTUS SIKAZWE said a new dormitory has been built within the school premises.

Mr. SIKAZWE said the new facility will be commissioned soon together with an ablution block.
