Male couple convicted

A 38-YEAR-OLD man of Kapiri Mposhi and his 30-year-old male partner of Ndola have been convicted of sodomy.Magistrate Ackson Mumba yesterday convicted Japhet Chataba, a carpenter of Ndeke township, and Steven Sambo of Kansenshi, a planning officer at Ndola City Council.
Delivering judgment, magistrate Mumba said the prosecution, which had five witnesses, proved that Chataba and Samba had sex against the order of nature on August 25 last year at Chinuka Lodge, where they booked a room at K40.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
