Lusaka chiefs urge politicians to emulate KK

ZANIS-Traditional leaders in Rufunsa district – Lusaka Province have advised politicians to emulate First President KENNETH KAUNDA who fought for peace and unity beyond political and tribal divide.

Chief BUNDA-BUNDA of the Soli people of Rufunsa district says politicians should understand that the country can only develop when there is unity and peace among its citizens.

And Chief SHIKABETA of the Soli people of Rufunsa noted that Zambia’s first President will remain one of Africa’s most appreciated leaders for the many developments that he initiated, and the leading role he played in liberating Zambia and other countries i
Southern Africa.

Chief SHIKABETA said the major infrastructure in the country was built during the rule of Dr. KAUNDA.
