Lungu Mourns Late Acting Chief Nabwalya

President Edgar Lungu has sent a message of condolence to the Bisa people of Nabwalya in Mpika on the death of acting chief Nabwalya.Muchinga province Minister Malozo Sichone told ZANIS in an interview in Chinsali today that Government is mourning with the Bisa people of Mpika.Mr. Sichone said President Lungu has sent the message to the Bisa Royal Establishment Committee through its chairperson Senior Chief Kopa on the untimely death of acting chief Nabwalya.He has since appealed to the Bisa people to mourn acting chief Nabwalya and ensure that he is given a dignified send-off befitting a traditional leader.Acting Chief Nabwalya, Sumani Chimano died at Chilonga mission hospital in Mpika yesterday after a short illness.Senior Chief Kopa confirmed the development to ZANIS in a telephone interview today.Senior Chief Kopa said Mr. Chimano has been acting as Chief Nabwalyasince August 2018.
