LUNGU MOURNS CHIEF MWAMBA

President Edgar Lungu has described late Senior Chief Mwamba of the Bemba people of Kasama District as a selfless leader.
President Lungu says he remembers Senior Chief Mwamba who died on Sunday in India where he had been evacuated for treatment as a man who served the people of Northern Province with unwavering dedication.
In his message of condolence to the royal family, President Lungu said the death of the traditional leader is a loss not just to the people of Northern Province but the entire country as a well.
President Lungu urged the royal family to find solace and comfort in God.
This is according to a statement issued to ZNBC News by Special Assistant to the President for Press and Public Relations Amos Chanda.
