Lungu calls PF MPs for a meeting

President Edgar Lungu has called all Patriotic Front Members of Parliament for a meeting on Wednesday, September 14, 2016.

The meeting will start at 09:00 hours at State House, the president’s Special Assistant for Press and Public Relations Amos Chanda confirmed this evening.

Chanda has appealed to the Members of Parliament to keep time.

Edgar Lungu and his running-mate Inonge Mutukwa Wina were sworn in today following an election held in August 11 which the opposition UPND has disputed. President Lungu is expected to name his cabinet this week.
