Luena Buffaloes qualify for National Division One playoffs

Western Province FAZ Division 1 outfit Luena Buffaloes becomes the first team to qualify for the FAZ/Eden University National League playoffs.

This follows their week 31 2-0 win over Sioma that pushed them to 75 points, 18 points clear of second spot Katima Border Stars who suffered a 2-1 defeat to Senanga.

Even if Katima can grab all the 15 points available from their 5 remaining games it will only push them to 72 points that will be 3 points less than what Luena Buffaloes have currently.

In the relegation zone, Celtic 08 already out of the race and are just waiting for who will join them in the bottom 2 as Sioma, Luampa Young Stars, and Nalolo being the candidates to join the relegation zone.
