Kapata Hails Police

By Lucky PhiriMandevu Member of Parliament Jean Kapata has praised the Police in her Constituency for ensuring that the Presidential directives against the Covid-19 Pandemic are followed.Ms Kapata is impressed with the compliance levels by residents of Mandevu, who have adhered to the close of bars and night clubs and ensured that restaurants continue to operate on a takeaway basis.She urged residents of Mandevu to remain patient until the covid 19 pandemic is overcome.Ms Kapata, who is also Minister of Lands and Natural Resources said this when she received a donation of assorted items, for all the Police Posts in Mandevu Constituency  from the Muslim community.And Ms Kapata has thanked the Muslim community for the donating to the men and women in uniform in Mandevu.She said Police Posts are public places hence the need to be equipped with necessary equipment needed to counter Coronavirus.And, Muslim Social and Welfare Trust Deputy Chairman HAROON ZULU has praised the area MP for allowing the Muslim community to donate to her Constituency towards the fight against the COVID-19.
