High Court Judge Muma Dropped

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has dropped high court Judge WILFRED MUMA from the bench with immediate effect.

State House Chief Communications Specialist CLAYSON HAMASAKA says the President has removed Judge MUMA based on recommendations of the Judicial Complaints Commission’s report.

Mr. HAMASAKA says removal of Judge MUMA is in exercise of the powers vested in the President in Article 143 of the Constitution.
