When undergoing a critical operation by your own relative – the result is always something else. This is the case with HH n his cadre of lawyers.

These lawyers will do there best to raise preliminaries at all costs to lengthen the case to their advantage. I hear some are already buying land for farming.

Right now they want to concentrate on discussing validity of committal certificate to the High Court.

And if it is found to be invalid, so what? The prosecutors will simply be told to bring a valid certificate because the validity of the certificate does not affect the existence of the case, and this will be in January 2018 after the Judicial Review.

The case against HH is weak let it go to the High Court and embarrass the State why waste time on preliminaries

When the insulting trial was on, in which God who witnessed the insults was never brought to the stand, anyone who followed them would agree that HH lawyers embarrassed the prosecution, why can’t they do the same now?

At the rate they’re going, this case maybe be concluded in 2022.
HH needs to go home man!
