HH : LOVE AND UNITY WILL ENHANCE DEVELOPMENT

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says his Government has prioritized the promotion of love and unity so that the country is able to enhance development.

President HICHILEMA says meaningful development can only be attained when the country is united.

He says one of the ways his administration is promoting togetherness is through honoring the country’s freedom fighters so that the spirit of oneness is reignited.

Speaking when he paid a courtesy call on chief MUNGALIA in Namwala district, the Head of State said it was one of his campaign promises that he will foster a united country once he ascended to the presidency.

The President said he will continue to visit the grave sites of freedom fighters to honour them for the role they played in liberating the country.

He further disclosed that once he returns from an international trip, he will attend a traditional ceremony in Nonze.

And Chief MUNGALIA thanked president HICHILEMA for paying a courtesy call on him at his palace.
