HH IN MONGU

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has arrived in Mongu, Western Province for a one-day visit.

The plane carrying President HICHILEMA touched down at Mongu airport at about 08:54hrs.

The President was received by Western Province Minister KAPELWA MBANGWETA and some senior government officials.

Whilst in Mongu, the President is expected to attend the 25th Anniversary celebration of the Diocese of Mongu Catholic Church.

Mr. HICHILEMA is later in the day expected to grace the second anniversary celebration of the UPND Government being in power.

The celebrations will be held at Mongu Stadium.

The President is accompanied by Infrastructure and Urban Development Minister CHARLES MILUPI, Water Development Minister MIKE MPOSHA, and Community Development Minister DOREEN MWAMBA.

Others are UPND Secretary General BATUKE IMENDA and State House Political advisor LEVY NGOMA among others.
