HH CONFERS WITH SCOTLAND

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has assured the Commonwealth that Government will work round the clock to ensure the rights of citizens are respected not only in word but in action.

President HICHILEMA says issues of good governance, freedoms and liberties are paramount to the UPND Administration.

The Head of State said this when he held a short conversation with the Secretary General of the Commonwealth, PATRICIA SCOTLAND.

President HICHILEMA said the UPND Administration believes in service to the people and that the Government will deliver.

The President is in Glasgow, Scotland where he is attending the COP 26 World Leaders’ Summit.
