HH concludes South tour

(By Zanis)-President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has concluded his visit to Southern Province with a call to citizens to remain pro-active in this year.

In an interview with ZANIS in Choma today shortly before his departure for Lusaka, President HICHILEMA re-echoed his message on unlocking the barriers of development.

He said public service workers, ministers, Permanent Secretaries, and District Commissioners among other senior government officials must work hard to actualize development stipulated in the UPND manifesto.

And President HICHILEMA said government is working around the clock to end load shedding.

The President said he has scheduled meetings with ZESCO and will be travelling to Siavonga and Maamba to check on the water levels at the Kariba North Bank Power Station and the thermal power plant respectively.
