The Seventh-Day Adventist Church in the Kingdom of Eswatini has held a special birthday service for President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA who today turned 60-years-old.

During the special Sabbath service held at the Royal Villas in Eswatini this afternoon, the Eswatini Conference of the SDA Church invited several Pastors and three Cabinet Ministers from Eswatini to pray for President HICHILEMA.

SDA Eswatini Conference Executive Secretary SABELO MTHUNZI says the election of President HICHILEMA as President last year brought joy to all Adventists worldwide.

Pastor SABELO says the SDA Church in Eswatini decided to celebrate President HICHILEMA’s birthday by holding a special service especially that this year it fell on the Sabbath.

Speaking during the service, President of the Eswatini Senate LINDIWE DLAMINI said it was a blessing to have President who fears God and spares time to worship him on Sabbath.

And speaking during the service, President HICHILEMA said it was not easy to change government in Zambia but through God, all was done peacefully.

President HICHILEMA said prayer is key for every Christian.
