HAMUKALE WARNS OVER VEHICLE AUCTIONING

(ZANIS) Southern Province Minister Edify Hamukale has cautioned Heads of Department in Southern Province to desist from auctioning government vehicles under the Board of Survey, BOS.

Dr Hamukale says he has noticed that vehicles that are almost new are the ones that are mainly targeted while other departments have no vehicles.

He said there is need to minimise the shortage of vehicles in departments.

Dr Hamukale was speaking in Mazabuka district during a meeting with civil servants.
