Greek hotel group eyes Zambia market

KALONDE NYATI, Lusaka
A GREECE-BASED five-star hotel group is considering setting up hotels in Lusaka and Livingstone to complement Zambia’s tourism hub-drive as the country continues to diversify the economy to broaden its revenue base.
Civitel Group Hotels proprietor George Theodorakis said a team from the group is expected in the country to engage relevant stakeholders on the planned development.
Mr Theodorakis, who said this when he met Zambia’s Ambassador to Germany Anthony Mukwita in Berlin, said he plans to open two hotels in Lusaka and Livingstone with a bed capacity ranging between 150 and 200 for each city http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
