Govt urged to address challenges facing Bombwe residents

Makunka Parish Catholic Priest Fr. Vincent Ngwira has appealed to the government to quickly address challenges the people of Bombwe area in Kazungula District are experiencing.

Fr. Ngwira has told QTV News that Bombwe area is lacking a lot of essential amenities.

He has named some of the challenges being experienced as lack of water, proper road network as well as lack of a proper health facility among others.

He has disclosed that seven months ago, he had an opportunity to share the challenges the residents of Bombwe area are facing especially in the area of health with Minister of Health Chitalu Chilufya who promised to look into the matter.

Fr. Ngwira has however, stated that efforts to make a follow up with the Health Minister on the matter have proved futile.
