GOVT LAUNCHES SICK-BAYS IN SCHOOLS

The Ministry of General Education has started establishing sick bays in schools in Lusaka district.

Already, 69 of facilities, called Health Rooms, have been constructed with 27 of them at roof level.

General Education Permanent Secretary Administration, JABBIN MULWANDA says this is under a project in partnership with Health Learners, an NGO, and the Ministry of Health.

Dr. MULWANDA was speaking in Lusaka, during the launch of Health and Nutritional Guidelines for schools.
