Golden party congratulates HH for debt restructuring

Golden Party of Zambia, Leader JACKSON SILAVWE has congratulated President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA and his administration on the successful debt restructuring.

And, Mr SILAVWE has suggested that the government establish a sinking fund to secure debt payments for the long term bilateral and multilateral debts, as and when they fall due in 8 and 15 years time.

He says the Party agrees with the Minister of Finance, Dr. SITUMBEKO MUSOKOTWANE that government is committed towards restoring long term debt sustainability and achieving long-term sustainable economic growth.

Mr SILVWE said that it is the way to proceed.
