GERMANY DONATES BOOKS

The Germany Embassy has donated 390 Agricultural practical books, Better Life Books, to the University of Zambia and the Zambia Open University.

Receiving the books, UNZA Vice Chancellor Professor LUKE MUMBA expressed gratitude to stakeholders who have contributed to the publication of the better life book.

Professor MUMBA reaffirmed the university’s commitment to building human capital in the agricultural sector through service delivery that will help the nation attain food security.

Professor MUMBA said this during the handover ceremony held at the UNZA in Lusaka.

And the Deputy Head of Co-operation JONATHAN GATZER said the better life book is a valuable tool for increasing knowledge among small-holder farmers.
