Mapenzi lies dead in the mortuary

Presidential Edgar Lungu’s deputy campaign manager Frank Bwalya has taken to his Facebook page to try and spin a conspiracy theory as to how the UPND cadre, Mapenzi Chibulo, who died from suspected gumshot wounds during clashes with poloce on Friday.

The erstwhile clergyman has raised a number of questions regarding the manner of her death, the motive behind it and who the real culprits are. This follows the surfacing of an image of her allegedly captured moments before she was gunned down.

He had this to say:

I am very upset because a life was lost YESTERDAY (Friday). Like I have always maintained, no politician is worthy dying for.

My condolences to the family of the lady who was killed. As someone who has read over 600 novels. I have a few questions…..

1. The lady who was killed was well captured with UPND party regalia. Who had the time to capture her when everyone was running?

2. She is captured in an area where it appears there are few cadres. Was it news worthy to take that picture in an area where there were only about 2 people leaving the other parts where many cadres were scampering for safety?

3. After she was killed, was it necessary to go to the mortuary and take the pictures of her dead body?

4. When the police cancelled the rally, who was communicated to among the party officials, or did the police communicate with the cadres???

5. It’s amazing how out of over 500 protestors, she was captured so well.

6. If the police fired at a charging mob of protesters, it’s amazing that she was part of the front line, so unusual for a lady…….Women are not high risk takers.

7. Have the police ascertained that the bullet that killed her was discharged from one of their guns??

WAS SHE FRAMED TO BE KILLED SO THAT PUBLIC OUTRAGE IS INCREASED TOWARDS THE GOVERNMENT AND THE POLICE??
