Findlay Sues Kambwili

By Patrick Mulenga-Lusaka Businessman, Valden Findlay says he has taken deregistered National Democratic Congress -NDC – Leader Chishimba Kambwili to court over the drug dealing accusation.And Mr. Findlay has described as false reports that he is involved in drug trafficking.Mr. Findlaysaid he has decided to take the matter to court so that Mr. Kambwili can produce substantial evidence to his allegations.He stressed that he has never been arrested before on any charges.Mr. Findlay said his businesses have been affected negatively by the allegations from Mr. Kambwili.And, Mr. Findlay said he is a genuine businessman who does not engage in any illegal activities both within and outside the country.He further dismissed allegations of state capture on President Edgar Lungu.Mr. Findlay has however called on Zambians not to take innocent people’s names in order to injure their political opponents.He said this in a statement through his Spokesperson , Daniel Phiri .
