“FILM CAN CREATE JOBS”

Information and Media Minister CHUSHI KASANDA says investing in skills development among young film producers can create employment and boost the country’s economy.

Ms. KASANDA says Zambia just like other countries has the potential to utilize the film industry to generate revenue and develop the country’s economy.

Ms. KASANDA, who is also Chief Government’s Spokesperson, said this during the launch of the Multichoice Talent Factory Expansion programme last night.

And, Multichoice Talent Factory Director NWABISA MATYUMZA emphasised the company’s commitment to building the film industry NOT only in Zambia but Africa, through training young producers.
