THE COME BACK

Salzburg looked like their heading for victory until the last ten minutes when the Wolfsberger AC resurgence started. First, it was the Salzburg captain Andreas Ulmer who put the ball into his own net when he tried to intercept a pass and block Shon Zalman Weissman from scoring.

Four minutes later, Michael Liendl leveled matters with a beautifully taken strike from the edge of the box beating Cican Stankovic in the Salzburg goal.

DAKA CHANCES

Patson Daka first put through Hee-Chan Hwang on goal in the first few minutes and the Korea Republic scored but it was ruled out for off-side. Later on in the match, Daka rushed onto a loose ball after Dominik Szoboszlai controlled a long pass but his shot went straight into Koflers’ body.

Okugawa threaded a pass to Daka in the early stages of the second half but the Zambian tried to take his shot first time and it lacked the necessary power to beat Kofler.
