EMULATE SIKOTA’s WORKS-HH

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says the new crop of leaders should emulate and work at advancing the ideals and values that SIKOTA WINA’s generation upheld.

President HICHILEMA says doing so will bring honour and respect to the forefathers.

The President said this in an interview after he consoled the WINA family at the funeral house in Lusaka’s Makeni area.

President HICHILEMA noted that the young generation has a lot to learn from Mr. WINA’s legacy and should take advantage of the various initiatives government has undertaken to improve the economy.

The head of State pointed out that the young generation should take advantage of the free education policy because they will also one day lead the country.

And family spokesperson BONNY MUBUKWANU thanked government for the support rendered to the family during the grieving period.

Mr. MUBUKWANU said Mr. WINA will be buried on Tuesday and added that government will give more details on the matter.
