“EMULATE KK”

The Zambia Anglican Council has advised political parties in the country to emulate Dr. KAUNDA’s stance of peace and unity ahead of the August 12 general election.

Council General Secretary ROGER BANDA says it is important that Dr. KAUNDA’s legacy of peace and unity reverberates through the political domain.

Rev. Father BANDA says people that use violence in politics should remember that it devalues the one Zambia one nation motto.

He said this in an interview shortly after signing the book of condolence at Dr. KAUNDA’s residence.

And policy monitoring research centre -PMRC- executive Director BERNADETTE ZULU who also signed the book of condolences said Dr. KAUNDA’s spirit of Ubuntu should be emulated especially that the country goes to the polls on August 12.

MEANWHILE, a clergy from Pilgrim Weslyan church bishop ALFRED KALEMBO said Zambians should remember Dr. KAUNDA for his genuine love for humanity.
