COVID-19: MASAITI LAUNCHES VACCINATION EXERCISE

Masaiti District Health Office in collaboration with Dangote Cement Zambia Limited launched the COVID-19 vaccination exercise in the district.

And  Masaiti District Commissioner Patrick Zulu has advised residents to take the jab for their own safety.

The District Commissioner who was represented by District Administration Officer Japhen Muloongo, encouraged the residents to take advantage of the availability of the vaccine and get the jab.

Mr. Zulu  said this when he launched the COVID -19 vaccination at Dangote Cement Plant Zambia clinic on the Copperbelt .

And District Health Director Dr Allan Mutale said that myths surrounding Astrazeneca   are not true saying the vaccine has been certified by health bodies and that people should take comfort as it is effective and safe.

And Head of Human Resources and Administration Dangote Cement Zambia Limited, Malambo Mutemwa said company  will always support initiatives aimed at improving the welbeing of the people.
