COVID 19: Government hails Private sector

By Hector SimfukweGovernment has thanked the private sector for supporting the fight against the Coronavirus through various donations.Chief Government Spokesperson Dora Siliya says the donations have helped people who are quarantined as well as health staff among others.Ms Siliya said this when China Electrical Company donated sanitizers and other medical equipment.And Company Marketing Manager, Bruce Wang said his firm will donate more masks.Mr Wang said there are many lessons that Zambia can learn from China in terms of fighting the virus.During the same briefing, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Permanent Secretary Amos Malupenga distributed hand sanitisers to journalists.
