covid-19 cases rise

Mwila Nsofu-The country has recorded eleven new Covid -19 cases, bringing the number of cases to One thousand 5 hundred and 68.The cases were recorded among the 3 hundred and 63 test conducted in the last 24 hours.Five cases were recorded in Solwezi, LUSAKA 2, Ndola 2, Kitwe and Kabwe recorded a case each.According to the Zambia National Public Health Institute website, a total of One thousand 3 hundred and 11 people have recovered from the disease.NO discharge was recorded in the last 24 hours.The Number of active cases stands at 2 hundred and 35, with 22 Covid – 19 related deaths.
