Cosafa hero Kangwanda off to Croatia to join Gorica

Chipolopolo striker Albert Kangwanda has left for Croatia where he is expected to join Gorica.

Kangwanda will join his Kafue Celtic teammate Peter Chikola at HNK Gorica.

While Chikola is still attending trials, Kangwanda will sign a permanent deal at the club.

In addition to Chikola, another Zambian Prince Mumba recently signed a 1 year deal in Croatia from Kabwe Warriors.

The 23 year old recently scored a winning goal in Zambia’s 1-0 win over Namibia in the Cosafa Cup final.

He has won 6 caps for Zambia with a return of 3 goals.

Last season, he scored 12 goals for Kafue Celtic in the Zambian Super League.
