COPS CALL FOR PATIENCE OVER THE K65M STASH

Police in Lusaka have continued looking for the owner of the house in New Kasama where 65 million Kwacha cash and over 50,000 U.S dollars was confiscated.

Police Deputy Commissioner for Lusaka JAMES MASIYE has confirmed that officers are investigating the matter to ensure the culprit is brought to book.

Mr. MASIYE has since the urged Zambian to be patient with the police as they carry out their investigations.

He said this in a telephone interview in Lusaka today.

Mr. MASIYE who could not disclose details of the investigations referred other queries concerning the matter to the police Spokesperson ESTHER KATONGO.
