COPPER QUEENS IN ACTION

Zambia will this afternoon face North Macedonia in the Turkish Women’s Cup.

The BRUCE MWAPE led side will be racing to start the Turkish Cup on high as they intensify preparations for the 2023 Women’s FIFA world Cup.

The mouth-watering counter will be played at 14:00 hours local time at the Gold City Sports Complex in Alanya.

And the Copper Queens squad has been boosted by the arrival of the Spain-based trio of RACHEAL KUNDANANJI, GRACE CHANDA and RACHAEL NACHULA.

KUNDANANJI and CHANDA are on tabs for both Madrid CFF while NACHULA stars for Zaragoza CFF.

AND Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation -ZNBC will this afternoon televise live , the game between the Copper Queens and North Macedonia at the 2023 Turkish Women’s Cup.

Kick off is at 14 Hours.

ZNBC Head Corporate Affairs, ANNE MUKABE says ZNBC will also televise live, the encounter between the Copper Queens and Slovenia at 18 houts Zambian time on Saturday February 18th 2023.

Mr MUKABE says both games will be broadcast on ZNBC Tv3.

The Copper Queens will play their third match against UZBEKISTAN on Tuesday next week.

This year’s edition of the Turkish Women’s Cup has attracted the highest number of participants in the history of the tournament.
