CONCRETE WASTE  BINS IN TOWN

Lusaka City Council -LCC- has started mounting concrete waste bins in the Central Business District.

LCC Public Health Director, CHRISTOPHER MTONGA says about 4-hundred concrete bins are expected to mounted.

Mr. MTONGA told ZNBC News that the concrete waste bins have been mounted on Freedom Way and this will be on Cairo, Chachacha and Lumumba roads.

Meanwhile, Independence Ward 17 Councillor, MUBOTU MADYENKUKU said he is engaging traders and shop owners to ensure they utilize the bins.
