ConCourt HAS NOT CONFIRMED the nullification of Prof. Luo’s seat 

THE Constitutional Court has NOT upheld the High Court ruling which nullified Professor Nkandu Luo’s election as Munali member of parliament as reported by some sections of the media. The ConCourt taken the case back to the High Court for it to review authenticity of the video evidence that was presented in the Court.
