CHURCH TOLD TO SENSITIZE MEMBERS ON CDF

Chipata Mayor GEORGE MWANZA has encouraged church leaders to sensitize their members on the need to come up with projects that will be funded using the Constituency Development Fund.

Mr MWANZA says he does not want the CDF allocation for Chipata District to remain idle because the intended beneficiaries have no information on how they can access it.

He also says the government cannot operate without the involvement of the church which is a key partner at all levels of governance.

Mr Mwanza was speaking during the ordination of Reverends BAIDON SICHALI, GERSHOM NKHOMA and DAVID ZULU of Grace Ministries Mission International at El Shaddai centre in Chipata.

And Grace Ministries Mission International presiding Bishop LACKSON SIMUMBA urged the newly ordained reverends to be a blessing to the flock.
