By Chansa Kunda

The Zambia Men’s Football team will in December enter residential camp to prepare for the 2023 rescheduled Africa Cup of Nations AFCON Tournament.

The Football Association of Zambia -FAZ- General Secretary REUBEN KAMANGA says the team will be camped for a month to ensure that they prepare adequately for the Ivory Coast showpiece that will run from January 11th to February 13th, 2024.

Speaking to ZNBC Sports News, KAMANGA further disclosed that Coach AVRAM GRANT has been given autonomy to assemble the best squad for the AFCON.

He said the technical bench can also look at those of foreign birth as a way of giving an equal opportunity to those interested in representing the country.
