The Zambia National team has arrived from Gabon where they played to a goalless draw and headed straight to Ndola to set up camp ahead of Saturday’s Africa Cup qualifier against Mozambique.

Zambia will open its Group K campaign on Saturday in Ndola with Coach Wedson Nyirenda summoning 30 players for the assignment.

Nyirenda has extended his call to Armenia based Lubambo Musonda, Roderick Kabwe of Cape Town Ajax and Salulani Phiri of Polokwane City.

Team manager Chris Chibuye told Fazfootball.com that Nyirenda has assembled the best possible team that could execute the Mozambique assignment.

And the team headed straight to Ndola after arriving at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport at 15:00 hours.
Nyirenda said the match against Mozambique on Saturday was a must win encounter.
