Chipimo Confers With Hichilema

National Restoration Party (NAREP) President Elias Chipimo has conferred with his UPND counterpart Hakainde Hichilema at his residence in New Kasama.

The meeting is a rare show of solidarity between the two leaders that provide a sense of promise but set apart by their approach to politics.

Hichilema who launched into the Zambian political scene promising issue based campaigns has since been inducted in the hard knuckled politics of abusive language while Chipimo retains a polished image but has not won over the electorate.

The two Politicians have kept to themselves what they discussed but we understand but could have delved on the state of the country’s politics.

The last time Chipimo had a media brief indicated that he would mobilize support of other opposition political parties to strategize on a number of issues such as the much talked about Financial Intelligence Centre Trends Report 2017.
