Zambia U-23 national team left-back Prosper Chiluya has joined Kabwe Warriors on a one-year loan deal from Kafue Celtic. The club confirmed the development in a post on their official Facebook page.

The former USA based defender spent last season at Nkwazi but suffered along with term injury which made him miss most of last season.

The 2 1-year old has pledged commitment to the Kabwe based side every time he is given a chance to play for the legendary club.

“Thank you for welcoming me at Kabwe Warriors, my objective for this coming season is to break into the main team and get game time, and help my new team do well and improve on last season’s performance.

“I need support from Kabwe Warriors supporters. As a young and upcoming player, I need their support so that I can perform better on the pitch. The more they give me to support the more they give me the confidence to perform. I promise to do my best every time I am given a chance to play, ” Chiluya told Kabwe Warriors media.

Chiluya was part of the Beston Chambeshi tutored Zambia U20 sides that won the Africa Cup of nations in 2017.
