Chilongoshi set to return to Prison after flopping at Power

Power Dynamos left back Zachariah Chilongoshi is on the verge a returning to Prison Leopards, the ZamFoot Crew understands.

The 21 year old was in the stands on Wednesday afternoon  when he former clubs Prison Leopards and Kabwe Warriors came head to head in the Kabwe derby with the former recording a vital win.

Chilongoshi joined Power Dynamos last year and signed a three year deal from Kabwe Warriors but had a mixed season at Arthur Davies Stadium after he was signed by former coach Perry Mutapa.

Whilst in Ndeke township, Chilongoshi became Chipolopolo Boys’ coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic’s first choice left and went on to earn nine international caps with his last appearance being against Morocco at the CHAN tournament in Cameroon on 31st January 2021.

Since loosing his place at the national team, the former K-Stars youngster continued to struggle for form at Power Dynamos which has seen him displaced by Luka Chamanga.

Chilongoshi has also featured for Real Nakonde and Tazara Express.

Meanwhile Power Dynamos captain Benson Sakala is set to leave as a free agent while Godfrey Ngwenya and Raphael Makubuli have extended their stay at Arthur Davies Stadium for 2 years old.
