CHIEF MPEZENI TELLS COUNCIL TO WORK WITH TRADITIONAL LEADERS

Paramount Chief MPEZENI of Eastern Province has implored Chipata City Council to work with traditional leaders in spearheading development.

Chief MPEZENI says traditional leaders play a critical role in the development process.

He said he is ready to work with the council management in developing the city.

The traditional leader has since appealed to management at the council to remain dedicated in improving the welfare of the workers.

Chief MPEZENI also reaffirmed his commitment to working with the government of the day.

He was speaking when Chipata City Mayor GEORGE MWANZA introduced new Chipata town clerk AARON KAMALONDO to him at Ephendukeni palace.

And Mr MWANZA advised the new town clerk and some directors to work the traditional leader in the development process.
