CHAN 2020: Chama happy with preps, Anticipates tough match

The Cameroon 2020 Africa Nations Cup (CHAN) final round of qualifiers will be the center of attention this weekend with Zambia playing eSwatini in the first leg on Sunday.

Zambia will start their tie away from home, A fixture which Adrian Chama believes will not be easy but the training process has been going according to plan the Zesco United defender believes.

“The preparations are going on very well shaping up for Sunday’s game, looking forward to it and aware of what Swaziland has to offer, we believe that it is not going to be an easy game,” Chama said.

“Despite playing the first leg away from home I think the trend of having the home ground advantage in football has gone, whichever team plays the best game carries the day,” he added.

It is the last round in the qualifiers Chama is not worried about the pressure that it puts on him and the entire team.

“In football, we believe that pressure should build us as a team and not break us, so a positive result is expected on Sunday,” he said.

The winner in this two-legged encounter will qualify to the Cameroon 2020 CHAN which is scheduled for January.
