Boards, Management should operate freely – MUCHENDE

Solicitor General MARSHAL MUCHENDE, says President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA detests interfering in the affairs of corporate bodies.

Mr. MUCHENDE says President HICHILEMA wants boards and those in management of public institutions to operate freely and professionally.

He said this at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education -ZIALE- Corporate Governance and the law training, in Livingstone today.

Meanwhile, ZIALE Director and Chief Executive Officer ANN MALATA-ONONUJU urged organisations to adhere to good governance practices.
